The day to day operations of a squadron are controlled by a set of instructions called the Monthly Routine Order (MRO). These orders contain specific information that is not included in the Squadron Standing Orders as they change from month to month. MROs are prepared by the Administration Officer and approved by the Commanding Officer each month. All cadets and Squadron Staff are expected to be familiar with the contents as they become available.
